There is an extensive Squash & Fitness facility based within the Falcon Complex, Egremont.

Our opening times are as follows: Monday to Thursday: 08.30 - 21.45, Friday: 08.30 - 21.00, Saturday: 09.00 - 18.00, Sunday 09.00 - 20.00. 

Gym Membership Fees are as follows: SASRA Membership: £1.50, Family SASRA Membership: £2.25, Single Gym Membership: £26.00, Dual Gym Membership (Member & Partner): £39.00, Children Under 14 (restrictions do apply): Free, Juniors Over 14 & Anyone in Full-Time Education: £13.00, Retired, Fitstart & GP Referals: £13.00. 

  Squash Club

The Squash Club forms part of the Falcon Complex. 

Players of all abilities are catered for.  Men's and ladies teams play in the County Leagues. 

Local Club Leagues are available from September to May each year to allow members to compete against each other on a monthly basis.Numerous competitions for all standards are run throughout the year.

Fitness

The Squash Club also provides Gym facilities to SASRA members, consisting of a fully fitted Cardiovascular training facility and fixed weights.  All are supported with fully trained staff.

Gym coaching sessions are available 

Fitstart Classes

Fitstart classes are available to ALL SASRA members.  The emphasis on this class is GP referrals, hospital referrals,
rehabilitation after an illness and weight problems.

Spinning/Indooor Cycling

The Club also has available a fully fitted Indoor Cycling facility which is air conditioned and has  the latest  STAR TRAC  spinning  bikes.

 Classes are run daily by fully qualified instructors
